Architectural controls (restrictive covenant)

Architectural controls are in place to ensure our community meets minimum standards and ensures protection of everyone's investment and honours the original vision of Westlake Estates. Please see below for the most recent version of the Architectural Controls and Restrictive Covenant.

While currently not in the restrictive covenants, current residents and future residents are asked to:

• Maintain grasses and plants on your lots and ditches
• For undeveloped lots, ensure they are cut 3 times per summer. If you are unable to compete this, please see the FAQ page for contact information.
• Weed control
• Participate in general community maintenance and clean up
• Attend the yearly Annual General Meeting
• Keep late night excessive noise to a minimum
