Can I have a shed before I build?

Until you are building the main residence, no other outbuildings may be constructed. 

Can we park a trailer/RV on our lots?

As per the restrictive covenants, you may not park any RV, trailer, storage, or outbuilding until such time primary residence is under construction.  This includes day/weekend/summer use of an RV in your lot during the summer without a primary residence being built.

What steps do I take to start my build?

Submit your building plans to the HOA for approval. Once you have obtained your approval, you may go to the County of Ponoka and obtain your permits. Information can be found here.
