From Highway 2:

Southbound HWY 2 turn onto HWY 53 West about for approximately 36 KM; Turn South on HWY 771. Continue for approximately 6.5 K. Turn into Westlake Estates by turning Right on Lakeshore Drive, west of the Gull Lake Golf Course. 

Northbound HWY 2 turn onto HWY 12 West towards Bentley (exit 422) for about 20 KM. Turn Right (North) onto HWY 20-N for about 2 KM. Turn right onto AB-771 N for about 13KM. Turn left into Westlake Estates on Lakeshore Drive, west of the Gull Lake Golf Course.
